Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application carefully and get back to you as soon as possible. By the way, you don’t need to submit any cover letter: your resume will suffice. If you are invited to the first step, this will be an initial screening call with one of our recruiters. They will then give you a detailed overview of the entire process.

Depending on the seniority and complexity of the role, you can expect 3 to 5 interview rounds. Some roles may require a take-home or live challenge. We reserve the right to increase the number of stages according to the complexity of the role but will always be transparent about the path ahead of you.

We are not able to provide individual feedback to applicants who have not passed the application screening stage, but we do our best to share meaningful, personalised feedback with candidates who have progressed to interview steps. Our goal is to make the process as fair, respectful, and informative as possible, regardless of the outcome.

We do not work with application deadlines. All positions posted on our careers page are still open. If a role needs to be put on hold for business reasons or organizational changes while you are in the process, you will be promptly notified by our Talent Acquisition team.

You are welcome to apply to multiple roles, but we recommend focusing on up to three that best fit your skills. This helps us review your profile more thoughtfully and increases your chances of progressing in a process that truly matches your experience.

No. While we may use AI to support CV screening or summarize interview notes, all decisions about who moves forward or receives an offer are made by people, not algorithms. AI helps us work more efficiently and consistently so that our recruiters and hiring managers can spend more time on what matters most: having real conversations and making thoughtful, human-led choices. Finally, we do not use personal data to train AI models.
